The BioHazard crew threw the loudest and drunkest party at Cascadiacon. Supposedly they do this regularly! They hosted many fine upstanding activities, including a kegger, wet t-shirt contest, beer bash, etc.

At the Fetish for Fantasy event designers showcased fetish clothing lines Imp of Satan, Fetishwear, Winter Couture, and Notorious Curves. We only managed to catch the last part of the show - Notorious Curves - but it was very enjoyable. The event was hosted by Betty Rage of Glitzkrieg Burlesque.

Cascadiacon - Parties

Cascadia Con was layed out perfectly for room parties. The whole courtyard (with pool, hot tub, trees) was surrounded by ground-floor rooms, at least half of which were hosting a party on any given night. The loudest of these, the infamous Biohazard three-room extravaganza was going strong every night until the sun came up. Other parties of note were the VCON 30 and Montreal 2009.

Cascadiacon - Montreal 2009 Roomparty

Montreal threw a great room party, and had the best treats (though Biohazard's atomic cherries were a close second), such as Spruce Bear (ginger ale with a bite), and maple-syrup candies. We met Beth and her friend Dennis, Dr. Karen, and Daniel who was cracking us up.

Cascadiacon - VCON 30 Party

VCON threw a great party at Cascadia - the easy traffic flow from the courtyard and the hallway kept the room full most of the night. Kathleen demonstrates the Canadian national uniform. Fran Skene checked IDs and dispensed drinks most of the night. Other attendees were Clint Budd and Donna McMahon (talking to Eric/Raistlan), respectively the chair and treasurer of 2006's VCON. We also saw Larry Niven, the Silver Fairy, and Gene Armstrong.

The chocolate slave auction. Not chocolate slaves, but auctioning slaves, for chocolate. Interesting idea, but the 'buy chocolate - bid chocolate' process slowed everything down. The Westercon 58 Slave Auction was a lot smoother.

Cascadia Con was layed out perfectly for room parties. The whole courtyard (with pool, hot tub, trees) was surrounded by ground-floor rooms, at least half of which were hosting a party on any given night. Cascadiacon - Parties

Cascadia Con was layed out perfectly for room parties. The whole courtyard (with pool, hot tub, trees) was surrounded by ground-floor rooms, at least half of which were hosting a party on any given night. The loudest of these, the infamous Biohazard three-room extravaganza was going strong every night until the sun came up. Other parties of note were the VCON 30 and Montreal 2009.

The chocolate slave auction. Not chocolate slaves, but auctioning slaves, for chocolate. Interesting idea, but the 'buy chocolate - bid chocolate' process slowed everything down. The Westercon 58 Slave Auction was a lot smoother.

At the Fetish for Fantasy event designers showcased fetish clothing lines Imp of Satan, Fetishwear, Winter Couture, and Notorious Curves. We only managed to catch the last part of the show - Notorious Curves - but it was very enjoyable. The event was hosted by Betty Rage of Glitzkrieg Burlesque.

Cascadiacon - Parties

Cascadia Con was layed out perfectly for room parties. The whole courtyard (with pool, hot tub, trees) was surrounded by ground-floor rooms, at least half of which were hosting a party on any given night. The loudest of these, the infamous Biohazard three-room extravaganza was going strong every night until the sun came up. Other parties of note were the VCON 30 and Montreal 2009.

The chocolate slave auction. Not chocolate slaves, but auctioning slaves, for chocolate. Interesting idea, but the 'buy chocolate - bid chocolate' process slowed everything down. The Westercon 58 Slave Auction was a lot smoother.

The loudest of these, the infamous Biohazard three-room extravaganza was going strong every night until the sun came up. Other parties of note were the VCON 30 and Montreal 2009.

Montreal threw a great room party, and had the best treats (though Biohazard's atomic cherries were a close second), such as Spruce Bear (ginger ale with a bite), and maple-syrup candies. We met Beth and her friend Dennis, Dr. Karen, and Daniel who was cracking us up.

Cascadiacon - VCON 30 Party

VCON threw a great party at Cascadia - the easy traffic flow from the courtyard and the hallway kept the room full most of the night. Kathleen demonstrates the Canadian national uniform. Fran Skene checked IDs and dispensed drinks most of the night. Other attendees were Clint Budd and Donna McMahon (talking to Eric/Raistlan), respectively the chair and treasurer of 2006's VCON. We also saw Larry Niven, the Silver Fairy, and Gene Armstrong.

Cascadiacon - Parties

Cascadia Con was layed out perfectly for room parties. The whole courtyard (with pool, hot tub, trees) was surrounded by ground-floor rooms, at least half of which were hosting a party on any given night. The loudest of these, the infamous Biohazard three-room extravaganza was going strong every night until the sun came up. Other parties of note were the VCON 30 and Montreal 2009.

Montreal threw a great room party, and had the best treats (though Biohazard's atomic cherries were a close second), such as Spruce Bear (ginger ale with a bite), and maple-syrup candies. We met Beth and her friend Dennis, Dr. Karen, and Daniel who was cracking us up.

VCON threw a great party at Cascadia - the easy traffic flow from the courtyard and the hallway kept the room full most of the night. Kathleen demonstrates the Canadian national uniform. Fran Skene checked IDs and dispensed drinks most of the night. Other attendees were Clint Budd and Donna McMahon (talking to Eric/Raistlan), respectively the chair and treasurer of 2006's VCON. We also saw Larry Niven, the Silver Fairy, and Gene Armstrong.

Artist Alley

Artist Alley was in the Hilton Convention Center, Artists worked to compete a 24 page comic in 24 hours. Supposedly some were successful. I'll post links to the individual artists as I get them.

Biohazard Party

The BioHazard crew threw the loudest and drunkest party at Cascadiacon. Supposedly they do this regularly! They hosted many fine upstanding activities, including a kegger, wet t-shirt contest, beer bash, etc.

Fetishwear for Fantasy

At the Fetish for Fantasy event designers showcased fetish clothing lines Imp of Satan, Fetishwear, Winter Couture, and Notorious Curves. We only managed to catch the last part of the show - Notorious Curves - but it was very enjoyable. The event was hosted by Betty Rage of Glitzkrieg Burlesque.
